Houston Luxe Auto, LLC (“we”, “us”) operates houstonluxeauto.com and the rental and chauffeured transportation services described on it. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Booking data — name, email, phone, pickup/drop-off, vehicle, dates.
- Payment data — Stripe processes payments; we store only the customer reference and last four digits.
- Identity verification (self-drive only) — collected via Stripe Identity; retained per Stripe’s policy.
- Site analytics — anonymous aggregate page views; no cross-site tracking.
How we use it
To deliver the service you booked, process payments, send confirmations and reminders, comply with Texas Motor Vehicle Rental Tax obligations, and respond to support requests.
Sharing
We share data with Stripe (payments + Identity), DocuSeal (contracts), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), and Supabase (database) — strictly to operate the service. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
Email info@houstonluxeauto.com to request a copy of your data or have it deleted. Account deletion does not erase records required for tax compliance and legal retention.
